Job summary

Sistem RKK Sdn Bhd via SRKK Academy seeks a Business Development Executive to grow our capabilities development solutions business. You will find new opportunities, understand customer needs, and recommend training solutions while turning opportunities into sales.

You will collaborate with HR, L&D, managers and the programme team to prepare proposals and close deals, driving revenue and expanding our client base.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, sales or related fields.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, training, technology or professional services.
• Good communication and presentation skills; confident in dealing with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities
• Promote and sell our public training programmes
• Identify and develop in-house corporate training opportunities
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, managers and business leaders
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions
• Prepare proposals and quotations with our programme team
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and close deals
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Work closely with the Marketing and Programme teams to generate new opportunities
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets
