Job summary

Peak 21 is seeking a Head of Growth to own the DTC growth engine end-to-end, with responsibility for scaling Shopify-driven funnels and paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will lead experimental development from concept to landing page to post-purchase, working closely with the founders to define the growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid, hands-on growth marketing or ecommerce experience for D2C brands.
• AI-native approach: use AI to generate/edit creative, copy, and automate reporting.
• Proactive doer with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full DTC growth engine and hit YoY channel targets.
• Scale paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Lead concepting, briefing, and iteration of ads and landing pages.
• Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, funnels and offers.
• Run structured experiments and analyze data to drive decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, creative, email/SMS, and wholesale teams.
• Mentor a high-output growth team as we scale.
