Job summary

Anker In is seeking a growth marketing professional who can conduct data analysis, generate actionable insights, and run full‑funnel media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon for overseas markets in North America and Europe.

You will design and run A/B tests, optimize the conversion funnel, monitor key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS), and experiment with new channels, technologies, and AI‑assisted tactics to drive sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (data science, statistics, marketing, engineering, mathematics).
• Experience in data analysis projects, campus activities, internships, or student clubs with data-driven decision making or growth optimization.
• Global marketing mindset with ability to adapt campaigns to overseas markets and local contexts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and insight generation for marketing initiatives.
• Execute media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon for NA and Europe.
• Run growth experiments including A/B tests and funnel optimization.
• Monitor advertising metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns.
