Job summary

TTRacing seeks an Assistant Manager, Growth Marketing to scale our ecommerce presence across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. You’ll own channels end-to-end, stay hands-on, and use Claude to plan, build, and optimise campaigns, creative briefs, and reporting for faster growth.

Qualifications

Experience using AI tools to plan, build and report on campaigns.

Hands-on with Meta Ads and other major platforms.
3–6 years in ecommerce or growth marketing.
Experience with affiliate and KOL/influencer programs.
Strong copywriting and editing skills; comfortable with AI-assisted content.

Responsibilities

Own ecommerce channels end-to-end across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon.
