Hyphen Connect Limited, a venture studio, seeks a Growth Marketing Lead who combines data-driven thinking with a growth hacker mindset to drive traction across its APAC portfolio.

You will design rapid growth experiments, leverage viral social loops, and build scalable funnels for diverse B2B and B2C tech products.

Assume ownership of GTM plans, coordinate with multiple portfolio companies, and measure impact with analytics stacks like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, and HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing or growth engineering experience in tech startups, venture studios, or fast-scaling SaaS/consumer apps.
• Demonstrated experience driving exponential user growth via unconventional or low-cost growth loops (growth hacking).
• Proven ability to create viral content, engage tech communities, and manage brand voice on APAC/global platforms.
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills (APAC cross-border communication).
• Highly entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple projects across portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and iterate on high-velocity growth experiments across early-stage portfolio companies to lower CAC and maximize LTV.
• Define organic and viral social media strategies to establish brand authority and build active early-adopter communities.
• Analyze and optimize every stage of the user journey—from acquisition to activation, retention, and referral.
• Collaborate with venture founders to launch new tech products, establishing traction and scalable channels.
• Set up and maintain growth analytics stacks to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
