Qualifications

• Identify the type and segment of customers which can bring value to the organisation
• Pitch and illustrate the value proposition in order to close a deal and meet sales targets
• Able to build good and lasting relationships with customers to generate more revenue
• Generate revenue among existing customers, including upselling and cross selling
• Operates as the point of contact for the customers brought in
• Make sure the customer’s journey with the organisation is smooth
• Coordinate with various departments working on the same account to ensure consistent service
• Develop client focused solutions to improve customer satisfaction
• Assist with customer requests and escalated if more assistance is needed
