Job summary

Easytech International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Software Solution Consultant to support our sales and onboarding efforts in Malaysia. You will bridge business needs with practical SaaS solutions without coding.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in software, IT support, pre-sales, customer success, or business solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into software capabilities and communicate with both technical and non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

Understand client business workflows and propose how our SaaS products can meet their needs.
Deliver product presentations, demos, and pre-sales consultations.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to tailor solutions for different customer profiles.
Support onboarding and provide guidance during the early stages of system usage.
Collect and relay feedback to improve product fit and customer experience.
Assist with documentation or configuration for customized setups (no programming required).
