You will identify potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, email and social media; understand needs and propose websites, apps, CRM and e-commerce; attend meetings and present proposals. We seek graduates with a diploma or degree, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia,

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
No previous sales or IT experience is required; training will be provided.
Comfortable communicating with customers via calls, messages and meetings.
Must possess own transportation and be willing to attend customer meetings.
Diploma or Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
Understand customer needs and recommend digital solutions (websites, apps, CRM, e‑commerce).
Arrange and attend online or face‑to‑face meetings with prospects.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations; brief proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation materials.
Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships through the sales cycle.
Coordinate with project management and technical teams to clarify requirements.
Conduct market research to identify industries and trends.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.
