Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No previous sales or IT experience is required; training will be provided.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via calls, messages and meetings.
• Must possess own transportation and be willing to attend customer meetings.
• Diploma or Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Understand customer needs and recommend digital solutions (websites, apps, CRM, e‑commerce).
• Arrange and attend online or face‑to‑face meetings with prospects.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations; brief proposals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation materials.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with project management and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify industries and trends.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.
