Job summary

Sunwave Communications seeks a senior pre-sales technical authority to architect complex wireless solutions for medium-to-large enterprise and operator projects. You will shape solution strategy, drive technical wins, and build the technical foundation for our global growth across regions.

The role requires 7+ years in wireless pre-sales/solution engineering, deep 4G/5G knowledge, and strong cross-BU coordination with proven tendering, POC deployment, and international negotiation experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in wireless pre-sales/solution engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in 4G/5G, indoor & outdoor wireless coverage.
• Proven track record in tendering, POC deployment, and complex negotiations for international projects.
• Strong cross-BU resource coordination and competitive analysis.
• Excellent business English presentation and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Complex Solution Design: lead pre-sales as the technical authority and design integrated wireless solutions for medium-to-large enterprise and operator projects.
• Drive Technical Wins: provide end-to-end technical support across the project lifecycle, including proposal development, tender responses, and POC testing.
• Lead Customer Engagements: run technical workshops and build strong relationships with regional and international customers.
