Job summary

Sunwave Communications seeks an experienced pre-sales technical authority to architect complex wireless solutions for medium-to-large enterprise and operator projects. You will shape solution strategy, win key deals, and establish the technical foundation for global growth.

With 7+ years in wireless pre-sales and 3+ years delivering cross-BU integrated solutions, you will lead design, tender responses, POCs, and technical negotiations across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in wireless pre-sales/solution engineering.
• 3+ years delivering cross-BU integrated solutions for large overseas projects.
• Deep technical expertise in 4G/5G, indoor & outdoor wireless coverage, private networks, and wireless infrastructure.
• Track record of successful tendering, POC deployment, and complex customer technical negotiation for international projects.
• Strong business English presentation and high-level customer communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own Complex Solution Design: lead pre-sales partner in LTC process and design integrated wireless solutions.
• Drive Technical Wins: provide end-to-end technical support across project lifecycle including proposals, tender responses, POCs, and negotiations.
• Build Solution Governance: analyze market/competitors and maintain cross-BU templates, benchmarks, and sales enablement materials.
• Lead Customer Engagements: run technical workshops and foster relationships with enterprise and operator customers across regions.
• Influence Product Roadmaps: gather feedback and work with BU teams on product improvements and overseas commercialization.
