Job summary

TTUKoffer is seeking an experienced Pre-sales Manager to bridge customers and internal teams, driving the full engagement from pre-sales support to project leadership. You will ensure seamless communication, high-quality delivery, and long-term technical partnerships with enterprise clients.

The role requires 8+ years in technical consulting or pre-sales, with strong knowledge of GSMA/3GPP specs and SIM platforms. Travel for customer meetings and workshops will be expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or product management is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technical interface with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Deliver full-spectrum pre-sales support: understand customer needs, prepare technical documentation, and provide product demos.
• Act as Customer Project Owner, managing project planning, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Define detailed technical specifications, testing elements, and implementation requirements.
• Provide continuous technical support, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Analyse RFI/RFP requirements and prepare complete responses.
• Build product testing plans and execute them.
• Assess customer business processes and identify technical solutions and partnership opportunities.
• Support sales teams to enhance process efficiency and synergy across accounts.
• Provide feedback to product marketing and technical teams for roadmap refinement.
• Assist in positioning new/existing products with customers, including roadmap presentations.
• Offer expert support or training to other technical consultants.
• Share insights on technical issues, products, and internal processes.
• Proactively evaluate current tools and workflows and suggest improvements.
