Job summary

Sunwave Communications seeks a seasoned pre-sales/solution engineer to lead analysis and design of integrated wireless solutions across four business units for medium to large overseas projects.

You will provide end-to-end technical support through the project lifecycle, coordinate cross-BU resources, and influence solution governance, competitive strategies, and customer engagements across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or related science & engineering field.
• Minimum 7 years in wireless pre-sales/solution engineering.
• 3+ years delivering cross-product/cross-BU integrated solutions for overseas projects.
• In-depth 4G/5G, indoor/outdoor wireless coverage, private networks, matrix of cross-BU solutions.
• Strong English communication; Chinese is a plus; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as core pre-sales partner, analyzing customer requirements to develop integrated wireless solutions across four BUs.
• Provide end-to-end technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, proposals, tender responses, demonstrations, POCs, and negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-BU resources to resolve integration issues and ensure standardized solution delivery.
• Conduct market analysis, identify competitive advantages, and support development of strategies to improve win rates.
• Develop cross-BU solutions, templates, case studies, and training for Sales and regional teams.
• Gather feedback and work with BU product teams to support product improvements and overseas commercialization.
• Build technical relationships with enterprise and operator customers; coordinate pre-sales resources across regions.
• Monitor wireless market trends to support solution planning and business objectives.
• Collaborate with BU product managers to align solutions with standards and frameworks.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and reduce risk on large projects.
