Job summary

Sunwave Communications is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive incubation and launch of new wireless ventures. You will own end-to-end packaging of connectivity solutions—from coverage and network infrastructure to vertical-specific offerings—and translate capabilities into sellable products.

You will lead market research, build partnerships, shape go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to enter global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecommunications and wireless industries with business development, solutions and marketing exposure.
• Proven track record of identifying and developing new opportunities and building customer relationships from scratch.
• Deep expertise in at least 1–2 verticals (enterprise, industrial, public sector) with strong customer insight.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business incubation through market research, feasibility studies, and business model evaluations.
• Shape go-to-market solutions by packaging end-to-end wireless offerings and translating customer pain points into concepts.
• Build strategic partnerships with customers, operators, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders for POC deployments.
• Generate market intelligence with international research plans; analyze market dynamics and competition for strategy.
• Lead cross-functional execution with product, engineering, and sales to ensure market entry.
