The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator in Shah Alam, Selangor. You will manage local purchasing, source materials, and coordinate import/export activities to ensure timely deliveries.

The role involves negotiating prices and lead times, maintaining supplier records, and collaborating with warehouse and freight partners. Strong communication and ERP proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing, import/export, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle local purchasing activities and source materials from suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up on deliveries and outstanding orders.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation.
• Coordinate import and export shipments and verify shipping documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
• Work closely with the warehouse on receiving and shipping activities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and shipping records and prepare reports.
