Private Advertiser in Shah Alam is seeking a Senior Purchasing Executive who is detail oriented and proactive to support purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory planning for the Shah Alam branch.

You will manage import shipment documentation, ensure SST compliance, monitor stock, and drive efficiency in procurement while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. The role offers career growth, AWS / 13th month salary, and medical benefits.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Experience in import shipments, trade documentation and supplier coordination is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SST and import/export processes is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities to meet operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases; manage import licenses, stock allocation and terminal clearances.
• Oversee shipping schedules and resolve procurement issues including invoice discrepancies.
• Manage supplier evaluations and handle vendor documentation, certificates, and compliance declarations.
• Verify and report SST payments for management approval.
• Maintain safety stock/buffer reports and execute SOPs for imported goods.
• Lead investigations into bulk shipment losses and handling losses; manage BoL and terminal write-off processes.
• Provide weekly cross-departmental updates and support sales in procurement matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
