GREEN EXCEL ENGINEERING AND CONSULTANCY SDN BHD in Shah Alam seeks a motivated candidate to coordinate orders, shipments and logistics in a cleanroom-focused company. You will work closely with Sales, Production and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role involves coordinating import/export shipments, arranging road, air and sea freight, and maintaining schedules with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Diploma required.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation and relevant regulations would be an added advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order & Purchase Coordination: work with Sales team and customers to coordinate orders and prepare purchase orders based on quotations.
• Production & Supplier Coordination: liaise with Production team and suppliers to ensure orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
• Import & Export Operations: coordinate import and export shipments and related shipping documents.
• Logistics & Shipment Arrangement: arrange shipments via road, air and sea with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and port agents.
• Customs Documentation: handle customs permit applications and declarations.
• Shipment Tracking & Reporting: maintain daily shipment schedules and communicate updates.
• Freight Cost Verification: review freight invoices for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Administrative Support: provide general admin support and ad-hoc duties.
