Job summary

Geek+ is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers to understand objectives, challenges, and technical needs, and collaborating with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields, with 5 years in solution engineering or similar roles, and strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical needs
• Participate in discussions to gather information and insights for designing effective solutions
• Work with sales to identify opportunities and customize solutions per customer expectations
• Provide technical expertise during the sales process to align requirements with design
• Analyze customer requirements by evaluating existing systems, processes, and pain points
• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase value and capabilities
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
