Transsion is seeking an International Technical Support Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support, collect overseas feedback, and coordinate with R&D. The role involves supporting bids (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and collaborating with sales on product testing and demonstrations.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years ICT experience, and fluency in English and Chinese. Global travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ICT product experience.
• Experience with conventional communication systems.
• Ability to summarize and document technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
• Collect and summarize overseas feedback; coordinate with R&D; track resolution.
• Support sales bids (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and assist in defining models.
• Overseas product site maintenance and project installation.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Employer.
