Job summary

Geekplus is a global leader in mobile robotics technologies, delivering automation solutions for warehouses and supply chains. We seek a System Implementation Manager, EMEA to lead onsite deployment and ensure successful project delivery across regions.

You will coordinate with Product, R&D, and HQ teams, translate customer requirements into practical system solutions, and drive implementation milestones with a strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in system implementation, business analysis, solution delivery, software deployment, or technical consulting
• Strong product mindset with the ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Hands-on experience with Linux, MySQL, system deployment, integration testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis
• Solid testing and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently identify root causes and drive solutions
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, and Project teams
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required, Chinese proficiency will be an advantage
• Based in Malaysia initially and willing to relocate to Poland for long-term project assignments

Responsibilities

• Act as the key onsite contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement clarification, technical discussion, testing, deployment, go-live, and acceptance.
• Work closely with customers to understand business needs, operational workflows, and system requirements, and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Lead onsite system deployment, configuration, integration, testing, validation, go-live support, and user acceptance activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with internal Product, R&D, and HQ system teams to review technical requirements, resolve implementation issues, and support solution design.
• Lead issue analysis and troubleshooting during implementation, working with internal technical teams where required to drive problems to resolution.
• Manage implementation plans, project milestones, delivery risks, and quality objectives to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
• Collect field feedback and customer requirements, and communicate them to Product and R&D teams to support product improvement and delivery efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and best practices, including the use of AI-enabled tools where applicable.
