Job summary

Labcorp Malaysia is seeking a Global Project Management Adoption and Enablement Lead to drive organizational change across Global Project Management initiatives. The role focuses on adoption, readiness, stakeholder alignment, and realization of transformation benefits across geographies.

You will measure readiness, remove barriers, coach leaders, and ensure executive alignment while integrating change management into program plans and milestones.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent advanced education.
• 5+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Experience delivering impact assessments, training and communications.
• Experience with Prosci, Change Management Institute, PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational and transformation goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change management activities into project and program plans.
• Design and execute strategic communication plans tailored to specific projects and target audiences that promote change readiness and adoption.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change and communication efforts.
