Jdeprofessional in Selangor seeks a Project & Change Management Leader to drive the local implementation of the 50-50-100 program. You will orchestrate planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment across global and local teams, ensuring timely execution and adoption of new processes.

The role emphasizes change management, data readiness, and clear communication with executive leadership, with a 6–12 month contract in a dynamic procurement environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• +5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or transformation roles.
• Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Stakeholder management across multiple levels with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress and ensure deadlines, identify risks and mitigate.
• Act as liaison between Global Procurement, local teams, and external partners.
• Prepare and lead governance routines (weekly/monthly reviews).
• Coordinate change management and go-live readiness for the local rollout.
