Job summary

JDE Peet's in Malaysia is seeking a Project & Change Management Leader for a 6 months to 1 year contract to drive the local implementation of a global program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, milestones, and governance structures to ensure timely adoption across stakeholders.

You will embed with the program team, align local requirements with global standards, track KPIs, support go-live readiness, and deliver clear communications to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in project management or procurement transformation.
• Fluency in English; strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end local implementation of the 50-50-100 program.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Track progress against key deliverables and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure activities align with global standards and guidelines.
• Prepare and lead governance routines (weekly/monthly reviews).
• Drive clear and structured communication across stakeholders.
• Monitor project KPIs and dashboard reporting.
• Support go-live planning and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate data readiness and local requirements.
