Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across projects and teams.
• Experience in end-to-end project management lifecycles from discovery to governance.
• Familiarity with service delivery processes and governance frameworks.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor project members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scoping and stakeholder-resource analysis for transition projects and initiatives.
• Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple functions throughout the project cycle.
• Translate high level business requirements into project charters and detailed plans (scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, risks).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet timelines.
• Participate in or lead project governance, communications plans, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify, mitigate, and control project risks and issues.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations, adhering to governance standards.
• Stay updated with project management trends and methodologies to drive improvements.
• Perform other related PMO duties as assigned.
