Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Change Management Consulting Manager to drive HR transformation projects across industries. You will lead change strategies, design learning and adoption plans, and guide teams through complex programs.

You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to practice-building efforts, including recruitment and events. English is the common language on global teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience driving HR change management programs.
• Minimum 5 years in consulting or professional services for a Manager.
• Experience in HR/Talent Management or Organization Effectiveness is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder communication.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams across global projects.

Responsibilities

• Discover stakeholders’ challenges and define Change Management strategy.
• Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications.
• Co-create solutions and conduct stakeholder meetings.
• Lead change impact analysis and develop treatment plans.
• Support HR Systems transformation with Oracle, SuccessFactors, or Workday.
• Travel globally to work with clients on large-scale transformational change.
