Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale strategic programs and complex portfolios.
• Advanced expertise in Configuration & Release Management.
• Strong governance, risk management, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across diverse teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
