Job summary

Capco in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant with banking/wealth management background to support complex transformation programmes for financial services clients.

You will shape change strategies, assess impacts, develop communications and engagement plans, and work with senior stakeholders across business and technology to enable adoption and successful transition.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Change Management or Organisational Change within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on in developing and delivering change management strategies and plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement, including working with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communications capabilities, with experience producing leadership communications and materials.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments and business readiness activities.
• Ability to operate in complex transformation environments and to structure problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned to programme objectives.
• Assess scale, complexity and organisational impact of proposed changes.
• Define change interventions across stakeholder groups and readiness activities.
• Develop integrated change plans covering engagement, communications and adoption.
• Partner with programme leadership to embed change throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce high-quality deliverables such as change assessments, stakeholder maps and roadmaps.
