Job summary

Wilhelmsen is seeking a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator, SEAO, based in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on processing RFQs and POs, ensuring timely responses, and supporting the Global Customer Service (GCS) and Local Customer Service (LCS) teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; open to fresh graduates or with 2–3 years related experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics.
• Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the Global Customer Service mailbox (GCS).
• Ensure enquiries are attended to within the SLA.
• Provide admin support to GCS and Local Customer Service (LCS) teams.
• Follow up with Supply Chain for outstanding tasks.
