Job summary

Wilhelmsen in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator to join the Marine Products division. The role processes RFQs and POs, ensuring timely responses and adherence to SLA while supporting both GCS and LCS teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in any field, has 2–3 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment or logistics, and is fluent in English with strong MS Office skills. The position is based in KL with a structured Monday–Friday schedule and occasional rosters.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer RFQs and POs from the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Assess urgency based on ETA, port, and customer type; escalate if needed.
• Inform LCS of irregularities related to RFQs/POs.
• Ensure customer requirements are addressed for each quote/order.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain/LCS to complete tasks within same day.
• Highlight process improvements to team leads/managers.
• Participate in team discussions and training.
• Work rostered Saturdays and public holidays if required.
