Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ships Service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator, SEAO to join our Marine Products division. You will manage RFQs and POs, coordinate with LCS and GCS, and ensure timely responses within SLA.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, is fluent in English and Mandarin, and can work under pressure with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a structured, learning-focused role in a global maritime company offering an international work

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2–3 years in relevant fields.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the group mailbox.
• Assess urgency based on ETA/port/customer; complete ASAP or escalate when needed.
• Keep LCS informed of irregularities related to RFQs or POs.
• Alert when order value exceeds credit limits or policies.
• Use systems to understand customer information and requirements.
• Ensure customer requirements are addressed for each quote/order.
• Follow up with Supply Chain/LCS on outstanding tasks the same day.
• Highlight improvements and share learnings with team leads/manager.
• Perform rostered work on Saturdays and public holidays as assigned.
• Adhere to standard processes and protocols.
