Job summary

Wilhelmsen is seeking a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator in KL to manage RFQs and POs from the group mailbox, determine urgency, and coordinate with Supply Chain and LCS. You will ensure customer requirements are met and follow up on pending tasks.

The role requires English fluency, MS Office proficiency, and strong planning and communication skills in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive tasks from group mailbox and process quotes (RFQ) and POs.
• Determine urgency based on ETA, port and customer type; fast-track urgent requests.
• Keep LCS informed of RFQ/PO irregularities via notes or email.
• Highlight orders exceeding credit limits per policy.
• Use systems to understand customer information and requirements.
• Follow up with Supply Chain/LCS to complete tasks the same day.
• Participate in team discussions and training; perform other duties as assigned.
• Accept rostered work on Saturdays/Public holidays and possible overtime.
