Zohorecruit is seeking a Logistics Customer Service specialist for Import/Export to ensure smooth international shipments and top-notch customer care. You will support pricing, quotations, and negotiations, build long-term relationships with overseas agencies and freight forwarders, and identify new market opportunities through competitive analysis.

Strong English and Mandarin skills are required. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Solid knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Hands-on experience in import & export operations.
• Familiar with preparing and handling quotations for clients.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, carriers, and clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good reading and speaking skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and CS processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments (Import & Export).
• Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade regulators.
• Identify emerging markets and business opportunities through in-depth market and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate high-value agency agreements and contracts to strengthen global partnerships.
• Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous business growth.
