Zohorecruit is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Logistics) for the Overseas Desk to coordinate global shipments, prepare quotations, and ensure client satisfaction.

The role drives international business growth through pricing strategies, negotiations, and building long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and regulators. Will travel internationally to develop partnerships and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2-3 years of international logistics and freight forwarding experience with business development.
• Knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business development and partner engagement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate global shipments, prepare quotations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide sales support with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations.
• Cultivate relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and regulators.
• Leverage CS knowledge to ensure smooth international shipments.
• Provide senior management with insights, reports, and growth recommendations.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand international market presence.
• Identify emerging markets through market and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate high-value agency agreements and contracts to strengthen partnerships.
• Represent the company at global conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
