Job summary

You will handle inquiries, prepare shipping docs, coordinate with freight forwarders, track shipments, and maintain records. The role requires 1–3 years in related field, knowledge of shipping procedures, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Logistics, International Trade or related field.
• 1–3 years in import/export or freight forwarding.

Job Description:

Responsible for managing customer service operations related to import and export activities, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding import/export shipments
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and logistics providers
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints or shipment issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence

Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in import/export or freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of shipping and customs procedures
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in relevant software (ERP, shippingplatforms)
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain or a related field would be an advantage
