Job summary

Adhes packaging technology (Malaysia) sdn bhd in Selangor is seeking a logistics professional to manage international shipments, plan and execute delivery, and ensure cost-effective transportation.

You will handle import/export procedures, collaborate with China logistics team, and improve traceability through reports and data-driven decisions.

The role requires Mandarin & English, MS Office proficiency, and office-based work at Pulau Indah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good understanding of import & export procedures, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics with Free Trade Zone/LNW.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English, as the role requires communicating frequently with the China logistics team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel ( Pivot Table, VLOOKUP ) and PowerPoint.
• Applicants must be able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

• Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.
• Identify shipping issues and implement solutions promptly, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization

• Enhance the shipment traceability performance, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.
• Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & another related shipping documents.
• Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
