Job summary

Valiram is seeking a Learning and Growth Lead to drive regional and global talent development initiatives. You will maximize HRDC fund utilization, partner with brand leads, and develop high-impact learning programs aligned with business objectives.

The role focuses on expanding learning programs regionally, standardizing internal SOPs, and driving metrics to optimize resources and program effectiveness. Strong instructional design and leadership training experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail operations, learning & development with proven impact.
• Experience delivering training to leaders from store managers to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• HRDC funds management: maximize funding with approvals and documentation.
• Training programs execution: onboarding, leadership development, regional expansion.
• Data analysis & reporting: assess program impact and share insights for improvement.
• Partnership with internal brand partners: align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Project management: lead end-to-end talent development projects on time and in scope.
