Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Regional Commercial L&D Specialist to design, develop, and execute digital learning solutions for a leading regional retail organisation across Southeast Asia and China.

You will lead the rollout of learning programs, localize modules for SEA markets, and ensure SCORM-compliant content that supports omnichannel commerce performance.

The role requires 3+ years in L&D, strong facilitation, and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in L&D, commercial capability building, or training roles.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for regional or multi-market teams.
• English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learning Program Ownership: Architect, localize, and deploy learning modules for the Digital Academy.
• Content Development: Build engaging, modular content and assessments aligned with priorities and quality standards; ensure SCORM compliance.
• Regional Rollout: Manage end-to-end deployment of programs across SEA markets; coordinate timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders, L&D teams, vendors and cross-functional partners to measure program effectiveness against KPIs.
