Job summary

Respond.io, a global AI-powered messaging platform, seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end learning programs and career frameworks. You will partner with managers and leadership to drive culture, engagement, and capability development across a globally distributed team.

You will design, implement, and measure impactful programs, coordinating facilitators and stakeholders while driving outcomes that align with business goals and HR priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Experience owning a learning program or development initiative end-to-end.
• Ability to diagnose needs from data and feedback and map to roadmaps.
• Background running coaching clinics, manager training, or leadership programs.
• Experience with HRDC grant applications, claims and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and strategise learning and culture problems using data and feedback.
• Design and deliver learning programs across training, culture and workflows; include leaders development.
• Maintain and update career frameworks with leadership input.
• Measure impact, define success metrics and iterate programs.
• Plan and run global employee engagement initiatives for a multicultural workforce.
• Own HRDC grant applications, claims and reporting from start to finish.
• Lead broader HR projects with clear outcomes and stakeholder coordination.
