Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Global Talent & Learning Tower Lead to direct the end-to-end delivery of Talent and Learning operations across regions. You will partner with COEs, People Solutions, and vendors to standardize, automate, and elevate employee experiences.

The role focuses on governance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, ensuring scalable and compliant Talent and Learning services aligned with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years leading global HR Shared Services, GBS, Talent Operations, or Learning Operations teams.
• Experience working within a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Proven experience leading global process standardization and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing HR technologies, service management, and outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of Talent Processes, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Career Development, Talent Reviews, Learning Operations, Service Delivery, Shared Services/GBS Operations Service Management, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and Technology Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global delivery of Talent and Learning services across regions.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of Talent and Learning processes.
• Execute the Talent & Learning Tower roadmap aligned with CBS and HR strategy.
• Partner with COEs and stakeholders to align service delivery with business priorities.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across Talent and Learning operations.
