Job summary

Bermaz Auto seeks a Learning & Development partner to oversee training needs analysis and align programs with business goals. You will collaborate with managers to ensure training relevance and impact, and drive HRDC compliance with proper documentation.

Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating external training providers, leading LMS platforms, tracking enrollments and completions, and generating performance reports. Apply Kirkpatrick evaluation to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HRD, or related field required.
• Professional HR/LD certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, training, or HR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee skill gaps and align learning programs with organizational goals
• Collaborate with managers and business leaders to ensure training relevance and impact
• Ensure HRDC and internal regulatory requirements are met with proper documents
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers
• Lead LMS platforms, track enrolments, completions, and generate performance reports
• Apply models like Kirkpatrick to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Lead HRDC related matters including e-TRiS submissions, claim documentation, provider approvals, and compliance audits
