Job summary

Hong Leong Industries is seeking an Executive for Learning & Development to manage HRD Corp e-TRiS administration, training logistics, and records management. The role supports onboarding of training providers, vendor quotations, and invoice processing.

You will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to compile post-training reports and support program effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HRD Corp e-TRiS system, Excel, PowerPoint/Canva.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRD Corp e-TRiS portal end-to-end, grant applications and claims.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programmes.
• Maintain centralized training records and digital repositories.
• Support onboarding of new training providers and vendor quotations.
• Assist in post-training reports and learning initiative evaluations.
