Job summary

Nexperia in Kuala Lumpur is hiring an HR Process Specialist to design, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance within the global SSC. You will map processes, develop SOPs, and align with HRIS workflows.

You will lead continuous improvement, apply data-driven analysis, promote AI and automation, and support system changes from a process perspective, collaborating with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or transformation.
• Strong HR process design, standardization, and governance.
• Experience with HRIS and workflows (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Design, map, and standardize end-to-end HR processes.
• Develop SOPs, RACI, and governance for HR workflows.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
• Promote AI and automation to enhance HR service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection standards.
• Support HRIS changes from a process perspective and align with systems.
• Create training materials and communicate changes to stakeholders.
