Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to own the SAP SuccessFactors platform foundation during the transition from Workday. You will focus on Employee Central Core, RB-P, security, governance and AI/Joule adoption, collaborating with HR, IT, Security, Finance and partners.

You will work on integrations, identity management, SSO, and platform improvements while shaping scalable, sustainable solutions across a global HR landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience with deep Employee Central knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and SF security concepts.
• Experience with foundation objects, workflows, business rules and platform configuration.
• Knowledge of platform administration, governance and release management.
• Familiarity with integrations, identity management and SSO concepts.
• Experience working with global HR organizations and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Employee Central Core.
• Own Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security concepts and access governance.
• Maintain platform standards, configuration governance and design principles.
• Support Employee Central foundation setup, including org structures, positions, rules and workflows.
• Partner with IT on integrations, identity management, SSO and technical architecture topics.
• Lead release management, feature reviews and continuous platform improvements.
• Drive adoption of SAP Business AI and Joule capabilities across HR processes.
• Identify, enable and support AI/Joule functionality within SuccessFactors.
• Challenge implementation partner proposals and shape scalable long-term solutions.
• Support testing, data migration, cutover and stabilization activities during implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation, governance standards and knowledge transfer materials.
• Act as escalation point for complex platform, permissions and security topics.
