Job summary

Nexperia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of APAC HR Shared Service Center to lead end-to-end HR service delivery across the region, using a scalable SSC model. You will drive operational excellence, governance, and data-driven performance through HR operations and technology platforms.

You will translate global people strategy into regional execution, harmonize processes, headline SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards, and oversee vendor strategies across HR Operations and Talent Attraction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership in Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Experience in multi-country HR service delivery, ideally APAC, with transformation exposure.
• Strong governance, metrics, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the APAC HR SSC operating model with clear governance.
• Translate global HR strategy into regional roadmaps and targets.
• Lead HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle with standardized execution.
• Establish performance frameworks: SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, operating reviews.
• Drive automation, process harmonization, and digital enablement across HR.
• Ensure HR processes are enabled by HRIS, ATS, and data governance.
• Oversee vendor strategy for HR Operations and Talent Attraction.
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and grow high-performing regional HR Operations teams.
