Nexperia in Malaysia is seeking an HR Administrator to join its global HR Shared Service Center, delivering standardized HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will execute transactional HR activities, maintain employment documentation, manage data in HR systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, and serve as first point of contact for employees and managers via SSC channels.

• 2+ years of HR administration or operations experience.
• Experience in SSC or international environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to data quality and compliance.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, changes, transfers, offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment documentation per policy and local requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure first-time-right execution.
• Handle HR inquiries via SSC channels and escalate complex cases.
• Support international employees and cross-border HR processes.
