Henkel Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure compliant service delivery.

You will support managers and employees, maintain policies, prepare regulatory reports, and drive regional HR projects while partnering with vendors for passes, health insurance, and EAP. Strong data analytics and process improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related.
• Minimum 5 years HR Operations experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment law, payroll, benefits, statutory requirements, social security, income tax, and labor regulations.
• Experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, leave administration, and employee relations support.
• Proficient in HR systems such as SAP, Workday, Time & Attendance systems, and other HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR operations and administrative tasks for day-to-day service delivery.
• Support managers and employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies and regulatory reports.
• Communicate policies and coordinate HR projects, orientations, townhalls, and activities.
• Liaise with external vendors for employment passes, health insurance, and EAP.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and lead regional HR projects.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices.
