Job summary

Noatum Logistics in Malaysia seeks an experienced Business Development professional to help develop global supply chain solutions for clients. You will work closely with the Country Manager to identify market opportunities, target new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Expect to conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to generate new business, achieve sales targets, and provide timely opportunity reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding with a track record in business development and sales.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and logistics software.
• Excellent English and local language communication; willing to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop global supply chain solutions for clients in collaboration with the Country Manager.
• Identify market opportunities, target new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers.
• Achieve agreed sales goals and business targets.
• Provide timely reports for business opportunities and development; visit and present to customers regularly.
• Build and develop customers through relationship management to meet expectations; perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
