Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is expanding its sales team in Malaysia to identify and approach potential customers for a logistics and freight forwarding provider. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, conduct field sales, and prepare quotations while working with the Finance team on collections.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving weekly and monthly targets and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to expand the client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct field sales activities and plan daily sales calls.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on business opportunities.
• Submit weekly sales reports and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Finance team on payment collection and provide after-sales support.
