• Proven experience in business development in freight forwarding or logistics.
• A business development manager / sales executive looking for the next step in leading a team.
• Strong track record driving revenue growth and team performance.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country sales strategy to hit revenue and gross profit targets.
• Develop business and devise solutions for clients across air, sea, and 3PL services.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team.
• Build strategic relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Track performance, manage budgets, and report to management.
