Job summary

Jupiter Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to support growth in Malaysia. The role focuses on developing new business in air and ocean freight and logistics services, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

You will manage a sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and collaborate with Operations and Pricing teams to deliver cost-effective logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight and international logistics operations.
• Existing customer portfolio or established shipper network will be an advantage.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers for air freight, sea freight and logistics services.

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and actively follow up on business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, gross profit and customer acquisition.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Pricing teams to provide effective logistics solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates.
