Job summary

ISDMeditech Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Export Sales Executive to drive international and export sales initiatives. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, build strong relationships with overseas customers and distributors, and coordinate export shipments and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in business-related fields and a minimum of 3 years’ export sales experience. Travel to international markets may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in export sales, international sales, business development, sales/marketing environment, medical devices, or related field.
• Knowledge of export procedures, international trade practices, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment terms is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop both inbound and outbound international and export new business opportunities.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with overseas customers, distributors, agents, and business partners.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, and follow-up with international customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
• Coordinate export orders with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage export-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping docs, certificates).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and overseas customers to monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend international exhibitions, trade shows, customer meetings, and business development activities when required.
